I love Thea they should’ve had more episodes & more seasons u gt time 2 eat my pie but u have no time 2 fix my washer & dryer If u don’t fix my Older Sister Washer & Dryer that’s the last love u gonna gt 4 a long time.
I so like this show I miss good authentic sitcoms these new sitcoms can’t compare. These were like real life situations and outcomes and parental advice to avoid bad decisions and consequences. Some of these shows were mentoring to kids who parents weren’t really involved in their lives fully.
Bad advice for women back in these days. Doneisha was too young to be focused on that kind of stuff. Plenty of fish in the sea than to be focused on ONE boy kissing somebody else! Setting women up for a lifetime of insecurity, second guessing, “forgiving and forgetting” mentality that keeps them in a consistent cycle of pain! NOPE!!!!!! Not a good message at all.
No it wasn't bad advice. Thats why the divorce rate/single baby mama rate for black women is what it is now. First time someone does anything you don't like you're ready to leave and "start" another life no matter how good they were to you. All her mom was showing her was although theres always other fish in the sea, sometimes those fish can turn out to be pirranas. "Especially for black women". so if the fish you have pros outweigh that one thing they did, there is something called forgiveness 🤷
@@jayworship2724I agree with both. I understand the first comment because we don't want a Tina Turner/Ike marriage. On the other hand, we don't want to throw away a good thing for 1 bad experience. No one is perfect. I've seen both scenarios, both goo and bad.
Jason weaver/Jerome. Beyond talented

Praying for Maia these days. Miss this show.
I remember Thea, so good to watch again. Still funny.
Jason Weaver is so cute. We grew up at the same time. Watched him back then and watching the grown up Jason next on The Chi 😍.

the beginning of the disappearing black man, replaced by an african mammy rep. It's actually kind of sick the way the did the, "Mommy complex."
What season of The Chi was this?
You can’t read? This is not the chi
@@UniquelyJas Jason Weaver is in The Chi. I thought maybe this was a prequel to that show
This show is called THEA. Its from the early 90s.
Jason Weaver is in so many other shows/movies. Not just the Chi, by the way..
@@KeishaMs Have you ever seen The Chi? It’s amazing
