Threaten to sue. Find an attorney, get prepped and ready, then threaten to sue them all.
At this point, if it is this Karen that's causing all of these problems, you might want to consider taking legal action. A large reason why these types continually do these types of things is that they never receive any consequences for such actions.

Got to watch the TOS, they normally have a clause that they can change them and not notify you. You accept them by default by using the service. Plus with way things are now, anyone is at risk to suffer any punishment for any perceived transgression.

As for Google's refusal to respond, this reminds me of a recent incident with Re-Logic CEO and Co-Creator of the 2D Sandbox game Terraria, Andrew Spinx. About a month ago, he was locked out of his Google accounts, including his Gmail of 15 years, and lost all that data plus thousands of dollars invested into apps. After three weeks of not hearing from Google, he decided to end Re-Logic's support of Stadia, Google Play, and anything associated with Google, including RUclips. While Terraria will be given support since he doesn't want to alienate his Android users, it does mean that Google will no longer have access to future Re-Logic games.
For some, that's a "eh, whatever" but Terraria has sold over 30 million copies between it's launch back in 2011 and today. For many, that's a warning sign, esp. since Spinx didn't violate any of Google's, or RUclips's, Terms of Service.
It seems Google's ready to let their sites become abandoned. It's only a matter of time before a competitor arrives and refuses to take Google's, or any other company's, money and grow. Google wants to act like a giant douche, they will end up with only unwatchable and unlikable douches on their site.

1: first you have to SUE the person/company who filled the false DMCA, then you sue YT/Ko-fi/Patreon not for "not doing a proper check of the DMCA ;
2 rather for their ToS/EULAS being in DIRECT VIOLATION of LAW ITSELF (simply put: Agreements and "Contracts" in a LOT of Jurisdictions CANNOT HAVE neither One sided, Vague or OBSTRUCTIVE terms, meaning that for all intents and purposes, these Agreements are INVALID in the view of law and a PRETTY SEVERE violation of local regulations)
