    Reality of farming:
    - Per capita GDP of the farming sector is extremely low.
    - Contribution to gdp is only 18% compared to service sector 60%.
💡 Few reasons , Why Farming in India is Unprofitable & Inefficient:
1️⃣ Heavily subsidized industry that drains taxpayer money 💸.
    2️⃣ Overregulated, stifling free-market competition.
3️⃣ Land usage restrictions: Average holding is just 2.6 acres compared to Brazil’s 180 acres.
🚨 The reality: India’s farming sector is bogged down by inefficiencies mainly due to excessive government regulations and protectionism.
💡 How to Fix Farming in India:
✅ Implement farm reforms (the ones retracted due to irrational protests 🚜).
✅ Abolish land ceiling limits all over India to enable larger, more productive farms. Also citizens should be able to buy farm land anywhere in the country.
✅ Encourage contractual farming to bring efficiency and innovation.
✅ No protectionism - let the market decide prices, not the government!
