Ponderosa Lodge Facility Overview

Mount Hermon's Ponderosa Lodge sits at the top of our property, overlooking Scotts Valley and the San Lorenzo watershed. The cabins and facilities offer year-round options for a variety of conferences and retreats. Among those are Youth, Men's, Women's, College and All-Church Groups. Ponderosa Lodge provides a unique atmosphere for all to experience the love of Jesus Christ and fellowship within the body. Opened in 1969, Ponderosa Lodge sets the standard for intimate and active summer youth camping ministry.

I just watched the video and it brought back so many memories. My friend Teresa invited me to go there in 1971. I was 14 years old and I asked Christ to save me, standing on the balcony overlooking the diving pool. I can remember it like it was yesterday. I'm glad to see that it hasn't changed a lot in all those years. That decision changed my life in just a profound way. Jesus Christ is my precious Saviour and my Lord!
