If you put gaff or electrical tape around the antenna spring it helps it not move so much or hit your head. Just a little trick i do.

What light bar and light bar mount set up do you have?
I bought some generic steel cable clamps at a local auto parts store, and I used a single row LED light bar either 6 or 7 inches long. I wired my LED bar to my high beam switch.
