How do you unequip the fedora or the crown?

Where is it on the map or what is the name of the banzai spawn

Name of the bonzai is Veiled cathedral and it's located on the sun altar

you unlock it from the avarus spy quest infront of the cathedral or go to the altar from the bonzai in hollow's outback (should have made a video from there)
