The traits they have work well for most jobs to an extent. But often creative people struggle with learning those traits, become depressed when forced into it and are halted from being creative. It's like asking an organisational person to come up with something new and original. We need both types of people. But the organisational folk tend to become micromanagers when things aren't going well, which shuts down creative people. But you need creativity to actually deal with the problem and turn it around into a positive.

Also they animated some of these shots on 1s instead of 2s which is a LOT more difficult since you have to focus more on getting the proportions right. It's not used often, and is mostly used for close ups or small movements

I love Shinkai but you are wild saying this story was "perfectly executed". There are barely any lines of dialogue, the most of which are in the extremely rushed ending. This movie is beautiful, but the story is not why.
