Our product engineers have designed an operating microscope that offers real-life colour balance, powerful optics with incredible clarity and resolution. OM-19, recognised as having excellent illumination system, cutting-edge optics and versatility, which contribute to accurate surgical results and patient outcomes.
Our production team in Japan have developed an incredible illumination system with two distinct LED light sources, having a specific colour temperature for each to optimise the clarity and viewing during surgeries. Each LED illumination can be used and adjusted separately, for both the coaxial and red reflex illumination, depending on the surgery performed and patient conditions.
The overall development idea of OM-19 was to offer a unique operating microscope, focusing on precision, with extremely versatile options allowing surgeons & ophthalmologists to make it their own.
OM-19 comes with tiltable binocular tubes as standard, which can incline more than 90°. This feature is very versatile, allowing the surgeon to operate with ease, and eliminating common back and neck pains. Statistically speaking 50% of eye professionals suffer from back pain and upper extremity pain, caused by poor posture during surgeries. With OM-19 tiltable binoculars, musculoskeletal disorders or MSDs, can be easily avoided.
