Efficient gluing in cabinetry in dowel holes, back side grooves as well as rebates and at surface gluing.
The GANNOMAT Leimfix version V75 can process PVAc glues with a viscosity of up to 75,000 mPas. Herefore the pointed nozzle attachment is particularly suitable for dowel holes as well as grooves or rebates which can be glued quickly and easily.
Very high viscosity glues are also referred to as dowel pastes (Dübelpaste) because they usually have a viscous flow behavior and show s very reduced dripping behavior. One of the biggest advantages of dowel pastes in case good and furniture construction is that after gluing the vertical holes and grooves, workpieces such as side parts can be rotated 180 degrees for the case good assembly so that the holes look downwards and there is enough time for the case good assembly without drops of glue dripping onto the lower workpiece or side part.
Dowel pastes and highly viscous glues are used specifically in the area of case good assembly, where cycle times must be maintained and the need for glue drop cleaning must be reduced to an absolute minimum.
The ability to process dowel pastes or dowel glues with a viscosity of up to 75,000 mPas and the very simple operation of the GANNOMAT Leimfix V75 makes it a universal tool for glue processing, especially for professional carcase assembly.
