My boyfriend and I know the struggle also with working with clients and trying to balance out our lives to. He owns a CrossFit gym and is there from 5am to 7pm, I have a full time job, work with nutrition clients and also help train at his gym. Its a struggle at first but we absolutely love it!

i have 4 kids,i have a full time flight attendant job and i train for a triathlon, on top of it i go to the gym 4x a week.
i need to wake up (when i am at home) at 7 for the kids and go to bed around 1am..i do meal prep,
Plus i do help for the community when they need it, you know what they say if you need help ask for the busiest persons they will make time for you 😏 i think i like being a role model for my kids, so girls keep doing it ´cause you might be/are a role model for someone too

I loved seeing how you & Austen work together & then come home and transition into your personal life together. My husband & I met as teachers and worked well together before we actually started dating seriously, and our personal life was enriched bc of all our common interests. Great video! His schedule is very similar to my hubby’s although his is in a martial arts gym. Starts teaching at 6am and has a few chunks of time throughout the day but isn’t done until 8-9pm. Our kiddos have grown up in the gym...second home! Respect for the trainers and coaches out there!!
