I was laying in the bed, couldn't find my ability to fall asleep. And then, out of nowhere, this StS run arrives. Thank you Jorbs for delivering your great content to youtube
jorbs is interesting without being exciting, and the spire background music is perfect for my tinnitus. STS content is perfect for falling asleep when your brain won't turn off@@gcguirodrigues
Here's where I'd put my money: Silent for long jump, javelin, steeple chase and sprint events. Ironclad for shotput, discus, and long distance runs. Watcher for pole vault.
I watch these a20 runs and it seems like hexaghost is weaker in their games then mine. I'm on A10 and i always seem to get the 7x6 or 5x6 first attack, but I see a 2x6 on baalord and jorbs runs all the time. 😅
Hexaghosts multi-attack damage is based off how much HP you have at the time. Going into Hexaghost with less hp, which is what higher tier players like Jorbs and Baalor do, can be arguably beneficial, especially if you have a source of weakness to further lower it
It's not that beneficial, in the end if you have more hp you can take more damage from the multi attack. But it's just that the amount of hp you have is irrelevant, so you can spend your hp to make your deck better (more upgrade, more risky fights, elites, bad events)
Hexaghost deals 1 more damage for each 12 health you have. Meaning for 1-11 health, it will deal 1x6, for 12-23 2x6, etc. This is looked at during the second turn of the fight, right before it attacks, and is unrelated to the health you had when you entered the fight. You can allow yourself to be riskier in hexaghost acts as long as you have enough damage to kill it before it has 6 fires lit up and it infernos.
This run going from absolute hell and terror for 4 fights in act 1 to hitting the act 2 bus with a skyscraper sized heavy blade was insane to witness

I’m surprised you were awake long enough to comment. 😂
These videos are like sleeping pills to me.

Hey, pretty new to the game but loving these commentaries! At 10:48 is there a reason to play defend before armaments+ and get the bonus block?
I think Jorbs wanted to get hit on purpose because of the centennial puzzle relic, which draws 3 cards the first time you're hit in combat
Just the act 1 alone shows how powerful Jorbs is, I would have died 3 times already surely 💀
Colosseum event granted by Juzu Bracelet.
It was worth it after all.
looking forward to the watcher snecko run later today
that 10:55 blue slaver fight. taking 3 to proc centennial puzzle to reshuffle is not a line I might have found
This is the kind of play I aspire to.
Who do you think would do better in track and field events, ironclad or silent?

Silent for long jump, javelin, steeple chase and sprint events.
Ironclad for shotput, discus, and long distance runs.
Watcher for pole vault.
another seed i wouldn t have reach the the act 1 boss
That is most of the seeds for me
My first ironclad win was with a heavy blade that did over 140 damage
Man i love ironclad
!dig
Demon form was 3 cost almost every time
Twitch chat called us “special!” Thanks twitch chat
It's Sneko Season
That was an Act 1 for the HISTORY BOOKS. 😵
I would ragequit when I got 3 hits from mob 😂
Slay the spire would be a better game if instead of fighting the heart, Ironclad and The Defect had sex
DLC perhaps?
