I haven't heard a success without a team work and one of the main ingredients of team spirit is Tolerance as Guru ji mentioned. Tolerence to diversity. Respecting and learning from different individuals enhances our own skills and competence.
My biggest takeaway from the session is that Spirituality does not come in the way of corporate success and moreover practices such as meditation and Sudharshan Kriya would only aid and not impede success in the corporate world. Also, from my experience of practicing Sudharshan Kriya and Meditations for over 3 years now, I can vouch for intuitive and innovative abilities getting enhanced with these techniques.

People generally connive at the importance and the need of meditation and today after watching this I’m sure people will understand the need of meditation and how meditation compliments our work and other activities making us more efficient and giving us that confidence that is required to be a successful leader or a successful person.
I agree with him in this aspect. This is for the first time he is giving sermons on the subject of which he is a master. It is better to restrict to the subject to lecture on that on which someone has mastery.
Without reading too much into it, Spirituality means leading a righteous life and accepting a power above you and that helps in over coming one's ego ; devoid of ego one is bound to do well be it business or spiritual pursuits ! I have a doubt, will the time dilation occur and the values(durations of the yugam) of the years will be shrinked which are already mentioned in the bagavat gita, ramayana the time will go fast ?

Yes, its tough for non smokers, non alcoholic and vegetarians. Even Official outings treats alcohol smoke meat is something must on table (European life style). I take them to coffee/tea, casual chat, walking. When one talks truly highly of one's cultural heritage traditional values it will make space for you.
I was thinking same but when you connect with people better, you will find they will have some lacks. If you able to add value their life and be honest. Things start changing and you get strong bond along with recognitions. People will work for you. My personal experience.
