CLIP DESCRIPTION:
Ned (Mick Jagger) and his gang go on a crime spree.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
Ned Kelly (Mick Jagger) is the legendary outlaw of the Australian outback sought by authorities for stealing horses. At age 20, Ned has already served a three-year prison term at hard labor. When Ned's mother (Clarissa Kaye) is arrested and jailed on a bogus murder charge, Ned offers to surrender in exchange for his mother's freedom. When the authorities refuse, the Kelly brothers go on a robbing rampage. Cornered by the law in a saloon, Ned's brothers commit suicide rather than be taken alive. Shel Silverstein wrote the music performed by Waylon Jennings, Jagger and Glen Tomasetti. Australian folk songs are also included in this story taken from a popular 19th-century ballad.

If I was drunk, I'd probably think this was a great movie and that Mick's acting was superb.
It wasn't that bad if you overlook Mick's attempt at the Irish accent.
@The_Jaguar_ Knightwhoever cast jagger as Ned must’ve been drunk at the time.
It's just a bad movie and maybe first cause of the director, however Mick is not pretty good here.
and you would be in the right, sir
But the music...
Waylon Jennings on the soundtrack was perfect ! 1 outlaw singing about another 1....
An Australian outlaw, played by a British actor, with music by an American country singer.
Australians back then would’ve sounded more British than modern Australians
It's called the Five Eyes.
..putting on an Irish accent. :D
I love this song.
Too cute :) "Blame it on the Kellys!"
Why is it cute?
Jagger is cool 💙
Not in this movie he isn't.
Waylon Jennings 😍😍
Mick Jagger is too kind and intellectual for this personage))
I love it !!!🙂🙂🙂
And I love Mick's performance!!💖💖💖☺️
Hey Mick ! You're alright !! 👍👍👍👍💖🎶🎶Aloha !🌺
I watched the movies it was awsome and I’m trying to learn about Ned Kelly and the gang
Mick usually can grow the bushiest beard in no time
I remember this song from 1970. Today I learned that Shel Silverstein wrote it. And Waylon's singing it!!!
As to the rest of the movie, thank God I retained nothing all these years.
Shel Silverstein, the Smoke off guy
It has the best soundtrack courtesy from Waylon Jennings
I came for Mick.
same
Hope it was worth it......
@@thatlittlevoice6354 Nope.
(Ned Kelly) Blame it on the Kelly's
Tombstone meets Hard Day's Night?
Ned Kelly did not die the most famous bush ranger for Mick Jagger to do this 😬
Wow. Ned would roll over in his grave.
Well, allllllrrriiiiiiiight!!!
So...we have an English pop star playing an Irish outlaw with background singing by Waylon Jennings; all done up as a Benny Hill skit.
Jesus.....
Ned is Australian his dad is Irish
@@dalmallama4634 Not much difference.
@@billparrish9200
There kindoff is a difference
@@dalmallama4634 Come on. Australia was barely a country back then. If you're Dad came from Ireland, you were Irish. It's not like anyone had a strong Australian identity.
@@billparrish9200 Ned Kelly always claimed to be Australian.
Anyone know where there is a clip of 'Red River Valley' from this film?
John Jarrett was the best Ned Kelly. What's with Micks stupid accent? Ned was born and raised in Australia. He could have had a bit of an Irish twang picked up from his parents but that's all.
Love !
The Kelly gang
At last
rip Ned Kelly
3 teams 👮 vs 1 man

Something you will not find on the RDR2 GOTY.
Porridge, with, or,
without salt...
... wtf 19th century...
I kind of enjoyed this mvoie. Then again i was dating a guy who looked like him. The only thing i got from this movie was that it got me to google who he was (sorry im an american)
❤😂
MUCK
This movie looks goofy and stupid, like a childish high school play.
God....Mick Jagger and that accent. Is he trying to play Ned Kelly or is he trying to find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? The real Ned must turning in his newly dugged grave. And I bet every citizen of Ireland were pretty pissed off too. Talk about a fucking overused serotype!
And that dialogue about the beard. I detect zero per cent subtlety in that conversation. Way to draw attention to the elephant in the room mister director!
Stones fan. The songs before they got boring after '72. Jagger couldn't act for a bag of confectionary and the Stones were £inancially bust in '69
I leave the movie
🧚🏻♂️🌌😉✌️
Heath ledger was better
@The_Jaguar_ Knight Lol
Still the same
This also applies to Obama.
Because???????????? Obama is Irish? or Obama can't grow a beard.
Bitch, how?
@@johnlane35 he can buy a false one.
