It means that food is not only to fill our tummy but to understand the values of each ingredient. Every bite one should eat as a Prasad. Each and every item from the menu is elaborately explained with the right sequence. Very Satwik, healthy and nourishing. This doesn't fulfill only the body requirement, but helps to purify our soul also. Apart from the food and the cutlery, crockery and way of serving given an ultra modern touch. An incomparable combo of Traditional food with a blissful ambience. Stay blessed, fit and healthy.
🌹Oh, what a delightful 🍽️ feast for the senses! The porcelain sings 🎶 elegance, the air whispers 💬 luxury, and the cuisine? A symphony 🎼 of flavors. This haute 🍴 dining experience is a bouquet 🌺 of unforgettable delights! 🌟
H'i mam actually i like your each and every vlogs bcoz the places you visit are v nice even food items are tasty healthy but now days you are not doing street food vlogs or mid range restaurant in this restaurant only rich people's can afford show something for middle class anyway it was gud to see thankyou !!!
Very interesting satvik video. Here Swetha ji is any iteam can be repeated??? Vaise,in this video hero part is sanskrit names of all dishes in the menu. Gr8.
Yes actually...anything from the course can be repeated...😊but they do recommend that one repeats after tasting the main course so that one can experience the whole menu
Beautiful video and a feast to the eyes! The way the food was presented reminded me of Trésind, but I was surprised to know the rates of this is much lesser than that of Trésind So tell me something, if you had to choose between the two restaurants which would you prefer? I wouldn't be surprised if you choose to give this question a pass though 😁
see..if i was going with someone like my family where pure vegetarian is a preference, then definitely this. but tresind is good too. in fact its a more elaborate version
Avatara Dubai is a Michelin star and it has opened its branch in Mumbai, that doesn't mean that Mumbai Avatara is a Michelin star. These French(Michelin inspectors)give stars to the restaurants run by Indians abroad eg. "Avatara"- Dubai, "Junoon" -New York. On what basis are they given Michelin star? I mean I'm curious, are they well aware of our Indian cuisines? To give the Michelin stars they have to check the consistency of the Indian dishes. So how do they decide how to give stars to the Indian restaurants or the restaurants that serve Indian food also. Confused😕 😕 Now if they've tried Indian cuisines abroad then why restaurants in India do not get Michelin guide? 🤔 🤔
The concept of Michelin star goes beyond just taste and flavour, it primarily includes 'consistency', followed by overall experience, ambience, and 'location' of the place. The original scale on which a Michelin star is given purely depends upon how consistent the food was, every time a jury from the Michelin team visited it, and they visit a location multiple times before awarding a star. There's a lot more that goes beyond awarding a star, it is not as simple as 'taste' and spices. If that was the case, then a lot of Indian cafes, street-food vendors and dhabas would also be awarded with this!
Main bhi kisi mithaai ki dukaan se Kisi Parle Ji ko lekar Kisi phool Ko lekar uske upar rakho aur Main 14 Desh ke jagah 28 khila do to kya mere idhar bhi log aaenge kya aap log kuchh bhi gandi chij khila rahe ho aur public bhi aapki gandi chij kha rahi hai vah bhi 6000 mein kya baat hai bhai 20:32
It’s NOT a Michelin star restaurant. No Michelin team ever visited this restaurant in Mumbai. I don’t why is she lying. P.S. Avatara Dubai has got Michelin star.
Food or decorated prasad?? Nothing looks appetizing. Just nibbles..more like tapas from Spain. It does not feel like a place to go for a good filling meal.
Pathetic.. Must be earning multi dollar profy for 1/2 dehydrated pieces of food stuff and just given some sanskrir nonsense.. Root vegetables are to be eaten as vegetables😂 not dehydrated life out them.. Fail

Extravagant nonsense
Sab sab decoration ka Paisa hai
Boring food. .. Too clinical.. These are the people that turn food into showpiece😂😂😂😂
Apparent there were desserts without anything from Kolkata. The video was quite nice but the restaurant food was so basic.
First view ;)
