Love all the educational content! While im not an optician (at least not sure i want to yet) I have worked in an optometrist office for 6ish years. I went from a optometrist tech to now working in the lab (for about 3 years) even video's like this one really teach me a ton that just was never sat down and explained to me at the office i work at. Im also autistic so anything that gives me insight into what could be said and how to react properly is a MAJOR help. I like hiding in the lab because I dont have to deal directly with customers as much however I do still do about 8 collective hours on the sales floor a week so I still often have to have social interaction 😂.
I have read a BBB review about one guy with a higher prescription complaining about having lens protrusion. The optical store replied that they let him exchange them for a smaller frame.
Hi I'm a big fan of your content I'm a Moroccan optician and your videos help me a lot since I just got my diploma I'm a little bit struggling with social anxiety and communication issues especially when it's about convincing customers and selling which makes things more difficult for me to find training opportunities. Sorry it was too long but what is the best to train myself so I can progress a little bit faster thanks and keep going ❤
