Mungkin pola pembibitan seperti ini cocok buat daerah sub tropis atau negeri yang belum banyak pohon pisang.
Jika kami di Indonesia maka cara ini terlalu repot dan mahal.
Di Indonesia cukup dengan bonggol pohon pisang ( yang terdapat di tanah tempat akar ) dipotong potong kemudian di semai di tanah maka akan tumbuh bibit pisang yang baru.
