IBYO KU NGOMA Z’ABAMI is the history of Rwanda in brief authored by Celestin Nyirishema with a focus on the genealogy of Rwandan kings from the Abasuka ethnic root.
Nyirishema exhausts the regime of King Yuhi Gahindiro who was coroneted at 4 months old. Gahindiro who was raised by Rusuka, who was his babysitter. Gahindiro’s mother Nyiratunga who was indirectly ruling on behalf of her son. The reign is remembered in Rwandan history as the most peaceful.
