    tried the recipe and it was great.
    when baking...200 c, not grill mode... right?
    cause 8-12 minutes dose not seem enough time for the dew to be ready...

    I could not get a paste like you My problem is that I got a paste that sticks a lot
    with Lack of viscosity and flexibility

      You probably put too much milk. When it’s sticky you can add more flour

      you have to work the dough more: 10-20 minutes, until the gluten develops
