Completely wrong explanation, unit weight of these materials are not same, u must also fill the said containers with sand and aggregate also and determine the weight for proper weigh batching.

Sir wo ratio volume ka hota hai. Aapne jo weight likha hai wo galat hai. Aggregate, sand and cement ka density alag alag hota hai.
