Thank you so much I’ve had prep agent for a while but went off with crash course with Sharon butler I still can’t pass going in for my 4th time and I love Sharon and everything it I notice that the practice exams are made out exactly how the questions tricky 😊 and that’s going to help me more!
Hi Shark, this is totally up to you. I'd say if money isn't an issue, then feel free to buy both - can't hurt. If you only want one, maybe start out with Prep Agent. I did a review of REE here: ruclips.net/video/x1czDUeNESs/видео.html
I keep scoring 85%ish on my PrepAgent practice tests. I test next week, do you think I’m ready? I’m worried I’ve taken so many practice tests that I memorized the answers.
Hi Tony, I think as long as you understand the vocabulary and concepts, then you should be okay. Have you watched my video on how to pass the test? If not, feel free to watch to get more tips on other things you can also use to study in addition to PA to prepare: ruclips.net/video/kDBWiEhyDE0/видео.html. Good luck!
Hi Jess, thank you! This review is on their exam prep, which is just to study (after you take your prelicensing courses). However, they recently came out with CA pre-licensing courses that you can check out here (scroll down to where it says "Just Launched California Approved Prelicensing Courses"): aff.prepagent.com/aff_c?offer_id=2&url_id=2&aff_id=1577
Do you know if I were to choose this resource to help me study the information would all be up to date? I live in CT so I want to make sure the info is all accurate before paying! Thanks in advance!
Hi Joel, yes, I definitely think they'd be up to date. This is their business, so I would imagine they constantly make sure everything is recent. :) They also have a money back guarantee if you don't like it. Make sure to use code PREPAGENTNICOLE for 20% off any package if you end up getting it. aff.prepagent.com/aff_c?offer_id=2&aff_id=1577
Hello Nicole. Great job explaining everything. I started to study for the exam yesterday, any tips on how to start? I bought prepagent and used your code, but besides prepagent anything else I should use to study for the exam? I am an anxious person so any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hi Josue, thanks for watching and using my code! Not sure if you saw my other video, but I'd recommend watching this one which tells you everything I used and did. Good luck! :D
Hi Nicole! Thank you for this, very helpful. What exactly did you highlight in the workbook? I'm currently studying for my CA State Exam (one month away), and I'm super nervous, I'm not a good test taker, nerves get the best of me :(
Hi Lucie, thanks for watching, and I'm glad you found it helpful! I basically highlighted the vocab and important concepts as I went along in the book. But the whole thing is incredible, so make sure you go through it all. You got this! I got super nervous as well, but I think the best remedy for that is to be as prepared as possible. If you have your vocab and concepts down, and follow the things I said in my video on how to pass (ruclips.net/video/kDBWiEhyDE0/видео.html), you should be good! :) Let me know how it goes!
half way thru this video I sped it up like u said 1.75 x lol good tip

@@tonycarignan2780 Woohoo, congrats Tony, and thanks for the update!!
does the exam prep book have all the vocab terms as well? i
Yes; basically the exam prep book is all vocabulary, but definitions and explanations so you actually understand it. :D
I really want to get into real estate! This could be useful for me in the future!
You should! Looks like you have a lot of drive and motivation and I'm sure you'll be successful in whatever you do!
Great info thank you! Is this to actually get your license or is this just to help you study?
