I was looking up a review of the Zipka because I’m not sure if I should replace the e-lite in my emergency pack and this just answered my question so thank you very much!

Got it! Yeah I used an e-lite for about 15 years backpacking. Good for in shelter, or in camp. I'm now in bear country so I want to be able to scan the camp at night out to 100' or so. But those e+ lites are great. FYI: The two coin cells are worth about 450 Mah of battery capacity. Outstanding for the weight...

Love the bird sounds in your vlog...I believe the Zipka is the way to go...

I really have always used the zipka because it doesn't get tangled up with stuff being si compact and what not but seems about every 5 or so years it cracks and have to buy a new one and see all the different options out there and in the end decide on the zipka. Shaving an ounce or so is nice but the like you said, its more reliable regarding battery life especially with alkaline. So here i am once again deciding between the zillions of options and once again I'll probably get another zipka. Just a great headlamp all in all. Cheers

Good vlog Beck , i have the petzl tikka and the emergency one too it lives in my first aid kit! Love the high beam and the glow ring super easy to find !! Happy trails 👣👍

Yes they are very good additions arn't they! (The glow ring). So convenient, I wish more companies would add those little extras!
