i'm back in south korea! i am so excited to be back and i cannot wait to share my time here with all of you! in this video, join me as i travel alone (for the first time... i usually take the plane with my family) from toronto to seoul! i hope you enjoy 🤍

Loved this video, it was very informative as I should be going to Korea with my two half Korean sons in July hopefully for a month, and it helped me see the airport process.

I haven't been there in years. We moved to India for our dad's business and also to meet relatives. We are going to south Korea during the winter and I am so excited to meet my korean relatives there.

If you come to Seoul, Korea, you will be able to enjoy another much more beautiful night view right in front of your eyes than the usual view of Namsan and Lotte Tower. In particular, if you go up to Eungbongsan Mountain and Geumho Mountain in Hawangsimni-dong, Geumho-dong, just a few kilometers between Cheonggyecheon Stream and Seoul Forest Park, you can enjoy badminton (get off at shin-Geumho Station or take a taxi) and there are many beautiful and delicious foods. Also, if you walk slowly for about two hours from the place called Dulle-gil starting from Maebongsan Mountain in Geumho Mountain, you can reach Namsan Mountain This place is very close to Gwangjang Market Jungang Market. It is close to Seongsu Bridge, Hannam Bridge and Dongho Bridge on the Han River. Therefore, it is very close to Apgujeong Station on Gangnam Station. This is really comforting to watch, I’ll go to Korea by myself and I have two layovers since I’m from Argentina so it’s gonna be a 47 hour trip… I’m scared but seeing someone go through the same thing is really niceeee
47 hr trip? That means your layovers are 12+ hours. You made some poor choices and/or used the wrong flight search engine. I fly from Texas to Vietnam all the time and make sure to never pick a flight more than 26 hrs total time.
@@xuimod oh I do agree but the flight was so f cheap it might be worth it... I have one 17 hour layover and I'll just stay at a hotel there

I flew abroad for the first time in my life from Toronto Airport in July 2019, I'm from Windsor, ON. I went to Poland on that trip, in the future sometime I plan on visiting South Korea (when I know a decent amount of Korean to get by - learning with Talk To Me In Korean).

haha i had a similar experience when flying to bangladesh. my dad had a transit in istanbul and i had one through qatar but one of my flights were delayed causing me to miss my second so i got rearranged, only for that flight to also be delayed along with my dad's flight. so we ended up landing at the same time in Bangladesh... but they only let us off our plane after everyone on my dad's plane passed immigration. a stressful journey indeed.

Hi, how long you need to wait for the pcr test result done at Incheon Airport?
ive flew to seoul with my mom back in may 2023, and am planning to revisit with my grandmother in November and im feeling super nervous because my grandmother cannot speak English (let alone korean) so I will have to be the one in charge of checking in and stuff like that. This makes me feel super nervous because I have never done that before and I’m worried I’ll mess it up :(

"what i've learned today is that arriving to the airport three hours before your flight may not be enough time" but i arrive 2 hours before and nearly missed my flight a few times :D

hi! your video was super helpful to me as my flight to Korea is coming up soon:) I have one random question, after you collect your baggage and go through the gate, is there anything else you have to do apart from the arrival pcr..since due to covid there used be health staff as soon as you came out of the gate, idk if this made sense heh, sorry😭
