    I like your reviews. You are doing good in structuring your videos.
    But what I do miss a little bit is your "real" thoughts on each racket. I some how do have the feeling that you give every racket a 10 out of 10. Therefore I can not differ between the rackets because you only do mention the pro.
    So what would help is a little bit more cons and like I said your own opinion.
    Keep it up!!
    Cheers..

    Excellent Review, I ordered the Wilson Blade v8 18x20 today after a demo between Pro Staff, Vcore Pro 97HD and few others. The blade outshines them all. I'm a 4.0 player with a one handed backhand.

    I prefer the H22 blade pro. It is a much versatile stick than blade 98. Why don’t Wilson release it in store ?

    Thanks for reviewing the v8 vs v7. Curious, what are your thoughts on doing a comparison between the v7and v9? I think there are more similarities there than with the v8.

    Hey this is a great review! I really like your comprehensive reviews and I was wondering if you could do a review on the Vcore 95 its is rather unique racquet with its 16 x 20 string pattern and it seems to be hugely popular with a cult following and preferred to the 98 for various reasons. I am thinking of testing one of these instead of the VCore Pro 97 310 which is not as spin friendly.

    • @temafomenko
      @temafomenko 2 года назад

      Hey! Bumped into your comment some time after.
      Just my 2c regarding Vcore 95 - I can't say it is spin friendly, to be honest. My Head Prestige Pro gives me more spin, considering both have 95 sq. inch head. Yes, Head is 16x19, but string spacing is comparable when you look at how dense the pattern is side by side.
      And obviously, Blade 98 16x19 can give even more.

    Boa tarde amigo, comprei essa raquete e achei muito boa, porém estou estranhando um pouco pois coloquei uma tensão de 46 nas cordas, estou botando mt bola fora. Indica alguma corda e tensão para essa raquete? Para ter um equilíbrio de controle e potência?

    Great Review as always...Love ur channel..iam using wilson clash 100 with yonex poly tour pro strung at 50 lbs but still I'm having elbow pain and ball is flying long if I open up slightly..so can I leave the mains with same string and strung crosses with luxilon alu power 16g with 54 lbs or should I need to choose any multi ? What is ur suggestion?

      If you have arm issues, get rid of the alu power. Go with a softer poly like a hyper g soft.

    Have you tried the wilson blade 100 v8 ..not the 100L ..this 100 v8 version is only available on wilson's website and no where else...there is no mention of stiffness on it...did you feel V8 is little bit more stiffer feeling than V7 blades...i absolutely love the V7 feel flex technology...

    • @alastairtheduke
      @alastairtheduke Год назад

      V8 is slightly less stiff than the V7. It's got slightly more of that pillowy feeling.

    Hey, great review, what's your opinion on blade v8 with higher swing weight, due to quality control issues of wilson, would it be more preferable?

    • @TennisCompanion
      @TennisCompanion  3 года назад +1

      Thanks, Dauren! From a performance standpoint, I've found the variation in swingweight to be marginal, and to your point on quality control will vary from one frame to the next.
      For example, the change might be undetectable for a player who had a v7 with a slightly higher swingweight than average and a v8 with a somewhat lower swingweight.

    Hello. I would like to know if you would recommend this racket to me when I am quite a beginner and I have been on the court about 25 times this season. I tried the Wilson Clash 100 and it wasn't bad but so far I've only played with my insanely hard Wilson hammer 4.2 and I'm a little bothered by how much the Clash springs. And now I'm deciding whether to buy a Clash or a Blade v8 ... I'm a 185cm tall man

    • @kiesbett

      hi pavel, i have both the clash and the blade v7, to you as a beginner i would recommend the clash! it´s a great racket i think. the blade is more demanding and requires better technique
