Indian films are known for its drama and musical more than for its action genre. The success of action film - John Wick is because of the man behind the camera that is the director- Chad Stahelski who has been a stuntman and film director in Hollywood for many times. He is one of the pioneer stunt coordinator and master in many marshal arts so he understands how to execute and shoot actions. He knows well many martial artist in the different film industry and he pulled them in his movies to play different characters.
Even Vidyut Jamwal is capable of pulling such roles but he wasn't even mentioned in the list😔

The first and last actor in bollywood who can play perfect john wick is one and only Akshay Kumar. He genuinely performs all his action stunts in his movies which is something Keenu Reeves does it. Akshay Kumar has great acting skills as well and one of the respected personalities in the industry no doubt.
John has already played John Wick.. as "John" in movie "Karam", where he is an assassin who wants to quit his job, for love of his life but to do so, he is given a task of assassinating the major enemies of his boss (quite a "John Wick" prequel in itself).

If you remember there was an attempt previously to recreate a film similar to John Wick named Rocky Handsome though it failed miserably
The reason John Wick is successful is
a) Keanu's presence
b) Creativity with Action and fighting style
c) use of it's Surroundings as a tool of weapon
d) Concept of Underworld and it's rules
e) Using Color and lights as a media
e) Simple concept of storytelling
Anyways All I can say is there will be many copies but Original remains unchanged

It’s not just about looks or acting or style…John Wick the character is an exaggerated version of Keanu Reeves the man himself…the whole buildup of John Wick the character from the 1st movie to the last suits Keanu so perfectly that you really cannot imagine anyone else in that role..it’s like Hugh Jackman as the wolverine or Jim Carrey as the mask ..you really can’t replace them with someone else.

I think Hrithik can also play a character like John Wick. He has proven in Agneepath that he can very well do intense scenes and bring that intensity on screen. Also, Hrithik's really good with action as we've seen in something like War where he played the no nonsense Major Kabir

Playing a character of a John wick or like a john wick its fine. But here the main thing is we need a man who can give justice to that character aka Baba Yaga that is only one: VIDYUT.. The aerobatics and martial skills which keanu know very well he can easily handled 5 to 8 guys easily. And the silence and pauses in his face now imagine if you already saw vidyut work. Like vishnu in force. So he easily can banged the role. Only VIDYUT can give Justice to John..

John Wick 's characterization is in fact inspired from a Telugu Film called #Panjaa in which there's a character called #JAI played by #PawanKalyan. Watch the introduction scene upto 15 minutes and a pre-interval action and climax ... he's a one man killing machine in a black suit with knives and guns as well.
