Ghana needs a lot of reform. Here in the US because the pension was scratch out. The government initiated 401, and Roth IRA. The 401 is mandatory for every company. In retirement you get yr 401 and yr social security.
Hmmmmmmm...this US thing is over rated. Social security is running out of money. It will soon to scrapped. 401k? Wall streets benefits more from this than the average employee who contributes.
@@niibiquaye it's not overrated. Because companies were losing alot of money on pension that's why they initiated the 401k. Trust me my company matches my contribution every month and also I decides whether to invest more on stock, bonds, or just savings. So at the end of the day I have 401k and social security.

There is a theory called Maslow”s hierarchy of needs: 1: physiological needs: food, shelter, money, air, water ( Ghana has failed to provide these basic needs) 2: safe and security needs( health, employments, property, stability ( Ghana has failed ) 3: love and belonging( friendship, family, connections) Ghana has failed ) 4: self esteem (need for individuality, confidence achievement ( Ghana has failed )5:self actualization which is the highest Level ( morality, creativity, acceptance) Ghana has failed. From the basic level to the highest level it looks like our leadership have failed in all the 5 level of needs. ,
I beg to differ. Ghana has her challenges but Ghana hasn't completely failed. Ghana is much better than what you are portraying. Can you give specific examples instead of this text book generalization?
