Coby basically is who he is right now. If someone gets traded he'll get a little more usage but not a massive leap. Ayo is the guy that needs more touches... he's so close to consistent value too
So I have Dame Lillard, Donovon Mitchell, James Harden, Trae Young, Haliburton, AD, Dejounte Murray, Pascal Siakam, Malik Monk, Jeremy Sochan, and Desmond Bane. I have Quickley, Markkenen, and Anferee on my bench. Am I good or should I trade some of my players away for someone better?
Based on the names you listed, it seems like this is a pretty shallow league so what you should be doing is trying to package two of your pretty good players for one slightly better player and exploiting the fact that the waiver wire has tons of options

They're solid. Vassell's game translates a bit better to 9-cat because he doesn't have a bad % and hits 3's

Kyrie has the %s edge, but overall they're both amazing edge-of-1st rounders
