not sure what the point is of using berries nobody eats and doesn't have any frame of reference for the flavor. Surprised you gave it 100 if you thought it was only okay.
In my opinion, the banana foster is the only variant worth the extra money. Even the eagle rare wasn’t enough of a noticeable difference from the base beer (had a longer finish which was nice). If someone just buys a bunch of the base beer, they will be happy this year. It was lovely. I didn’t get the “over-oakness” on my palate.
As I sipped it down, yesterday, I ended up giving it a perfect score, as well.
Amazing brew! Cheers!
when they said "backyard" I thought they meant like backyard bbq. A smoked version I think would be really interesting.
Nope. Backyard Rye is a variant from over a decade ago. Backyard berries...
sounds amazing, but I havent been able to find this variant
Hope you can find it!
Sorry to hear this one disappointed too. I like my BCs with 12 months of aging so I'll try this in '24/25!
How does a 100/100 disappoint?
Yeah, not disappointed, although pricing has gotten a bit much.

It's BCBS with jammy berries. What's not to like.
Im not spending 25 on these low rated variants. I feel like the whole variant line has gone downhill in recent years from what I've tried
Low rated? By Untappd standards or what?
