I have this. Managed to get one from BBTS sometime after the convention. I agree that he's a little skinny. I've seen Daredevil drawn lean sometimes so it doesn't bother me much but not ideal for an action figure. Mine is much tighter so you got loose one unfortunately. What I love about this figure is the alternate head and the bloody taped hands. I have mine just like that holding the cowl. It just sets it apart from all the other Daredevil figures I have. But yeah, as a regular Daredevil figure it's just okay. I have that Hulk which is an amazing figure. One of my favorites in my entire collection.
