U don't just throw the question it's more of a conversation than interview u study about them n throw ques which make them comfortable n involves themselves in answering... Especially Revathi sankaran mam interview.. whenever I feel down n need to cheer up myself I just watch that .. keep up ur work.. fan for ur smiling face... Love u bro...
