- In today's video, I'll be sharing my top 3 gold ink picks. We'll dive into the advantages and disadvantages of each one, along with some helpful tips for incorporating gold ink into your calligraphy practice.
1. Winsor & Newton Drawing Ink Gold
2. Coliro Finetec Watercolor Mica Gold
3. Dr. PH Martin’s Iridescent Copperplate Gold
And I will also introduce you to an ink stirrer, like the Soap by Luis Creations that I enjoy using, which becomes essential when practicing with gold ink, allowing for effortless maintenance of smooth ink consistency without the distraction of constant stirring.

Thank you very much.
Hello fellow calligra-friend! It is lovely to connect with you ☺️
Great video!! I have all three and love all three!
I have to say, the watercolor is my favorite. A while back I bought a big set from that company of all different colors. They’re especially striking on black paper. The rose gold is probably my favorite of the set.
I probably use the Winsor and Newton Gold most often, but honestly it’s so I can watch it roil around in the bottle after I mix it. 😊
Ahh, it's awesome to hear your thoughts on the gold inks! They really do make your creative projects so much fun 🤩 Each of them seems to possess its own beauty, and I agree with all your points as well!
