if it was 30 years then it may be on land registry cost £3 to do a proprietorship search .may be a family disputed title or other dispute .if it comes back unregistered then it means not been sold since at least 1975 .

I have watched so many "abandon & explore" videos and I always feel sad at the ending of all of them. What happened to the families that made all these houses "homes" . It also makes me sad to think of the homeless people and all these houses empty and rotting that could give the homeless shelter. :(

Watching you enter that place made me think of the Beatles song "She came in through the bathroom window". That x-ray looks like a paralyzed diaphragm. The house is in extremely good condition, someone must be caring for it because the roof hasn't leaked, there is very little dust and there are no cobwebs.
I love the beatles .it's such a lovely house . Looks like it's been looked after for a bit but looks like no one been there for ages . Thanks for the comment Carol 👍

Looks to me like someone with money lived there. Maybe a medical consultant - with the X-Ray find, who maybe was a JP (Justice of the Peace) in his spare time. Looks liked it was once a beautiful home. I wonder why it has been left untouched for so long - could you not find out guys?

I do not quite understand why they put bars on so many windows (a dangerous thing to do from a fire safety point of view,) but left one window unbarred?
I think some one had managed to take off the bats on the one window.
@@hauntedsessions Ah, that would explain that. I wonder who owns it? I wonder if it has been secured because they are in prison? Or because they died & relatives could not be traced? Someone arranged for the house to be secured though. Most abandoned places just get left as is. That is why I wonder.

I am trying to understand why so many homes are abandoned ? Do people get up and just say I'm leaving all behind? was it money? A separation ? what was it ? why doesn't the town take over the home and sell it?
Some people probably passaway and its left in the hands of the kids . And thay might argue about who has it or should we sell it . There's many reasons thanks for the comment elsie
