I always thought the Rooney Rule should have been called the Davis Rule. In fact, Al didn't need a rule at all and did so years before anyone else.

Read, "Your'e OK, It's Just a Bruise." By Robert Huizenga, MD. I read it once a year. And, he was on some reality series. But this book is a must for any NFL fan.

Thank God Al Davis was unwilling to trade Howie Long as part of a package for John Elway back in 1983. Otherwise, Denver would still be a one horse cow town.
