    why did you choose 14000 and 9000 in conditional formatting. pls tell

      Hi, Thank you for your question. If you see the call patterns or use Max function of all the call volume numbers and Min function for all the numbers, we will get the maximum call volume number average as 14000 and minimum call volume average as 9000 - I did not use the max function and min function - I just observed the numbers manually and found the rough number for maximum value and minimum value to check if the call patterns based on max and min values.
