And on the 8th day god made chris adler's snare drum!
Man, you really don't get to appreciate how skilled Campbell is in the standard tracks.
If you know the song you can hear the guitar! :)
John's a fucking brilliant bassist, this video just shows how their playing styles come together so well.
That bass sounds just so clean and devastating!!!
I love Campbell's funky metal sound
Snare.
THAT SNARE.
THAT FUCKING SNARE!
\mm/
how is this bassist not recognized as the best metal bassist alive??
Paolo used to play with a pick but he already played with fingers on the Crusade album.
Yeah, the most common issues is that people only really listen to music through common computer speakers or headphones.
Get a good speaker or amp with a good woofer or subwoofer, and trust me, you'll hear the bass. I know this from playing my Zune through my bass amp. I could actually hear all the different bass parts and I was like, hey this is pretty awesome. It also brings out the bass drum. Bass and drums add a lot more to a song than people realize, especially these two right here.
what a badass low end......killer bass and drums
rhythm and bass...the true foundation of all music
They are one of the most talented bands ever.
Perfection.
haha the real drum´n´bass.
it does make sense. A lot of bassists in bands are just guitarists that got stuck with bass so they use a pick and don't really appreciate bass. There are some bass players that can use picks but still have the knowledge/concept of bass but most don't. I know a lot of bass players that have no idea of what bass is because they're philosophy is "it's just a guitar with less strings".
worlds best sounding bass drum
I just did 150 sit ups to this track XD
That's a nice piece of rythm-section there!
when the fast part starts it seems like a song from doom 95 hahaha
