Love this series! I've used cc twister a few times, always with great results. But just now, I tried flipping from a textlayer to a jpeg logo, and that didn't turn out very well. The text was very small, and the jpeg was very large. Found no intuitive way of affecting the sizes of either. Didn't work to adjust the size of the textlayer or the source image. Anyone with an idea of how to work around this? Could work with similar size assets of the same kind, I guess. But would be great to get the cc twister to work with textlayerimage.
@@JakeInMotion Thanks for the quick reply; I’ve done exactly what you did in the video but it still doesn’t seem to want to work…hmm Oh it seems to work with the other Comp layers, maybe it’s just cause I copied the first comp and just flipped it… Yep that was it; thanks!
you are very good .. i love your tutorials
This is very cool! Could this be used for two pieces of similarly sized text?
Thank you. Is there a workflow that would help turn this into a drag & Drop Transition for Premiere (or AE for that matter)?
awesome
Is ae more complex than premier?
It is
Yes. I think AE is like photoshop for video editing and premier is like lightroom.
Love this series!

It should work if you precompose each layer into their own comps, both the size of the render comp, before applying CC Twister.
@@JakeInMotion Will try that out! Thanks Jake!
🔥
Mine isn't working... I'm trying to do this between 2 Comp layers... is this possible?
It is. Just be sure to apply the effect to the first layer, and set the second layer to be the back layer of the effect.
