我从这支影片的结论是没必要因为要得到外界的认可去做一些伤害自己的事情 那请问基督徒就可以打耳洞吗？圣经没有说不能 可是同样是伤害自己的身体（穿洞）来让自己更好看 这两件事能相提并论吗？
把经文刻在心里，十字架背在心里，还有需要把经文文在身上看镜子来提醒自己吗？
