  • Ben Shewry is a passionate guy. He's passionate about his restaurant Attica, after all, he is regarded as one of the world's best chefs. He's passionate about cycling, but it hasn't always been that way. And he's passionate about fuelling the right way, using clean and simple ingredients, to get the most out of his body whilst riding. Introducing the Ben-Bar, a nutrient and energy rich 'Anti-Energy Bar'. It's the antithesis of the gels that you might be used to consuming, which Ben likens to the SLIME 'out of Ghostbusters'.
MAAP sat down to interview Ben, about all of his passions, for Volume 2 of Off The Front' where he shared his Ben Bar recipe. Delivered complimentary with any online order at MAAP.CC or follow the link for all the details.

You can find it on the link in the description of the video. I tried the recipe today, it turned to be a messy granola, not an energy bar at all. Would not recommend.

@@Hugokrs yes i found it on their Instagram post. I have made it 3 times with different variations and add ons. What i do roll it in to a log and slice about 6 to 7 pieces . Each piece i wrap with wax paper and put em in a small bowl . For storage i leave em on the kitchen table or the fridge.
I bake the oats in a convection oven for 10 mins in 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
