But, our parents regulated us. Any time we asked for anything sweet, mom or dad would say ''not right now'' about 99% of the time. Parents need to make sensible rules about food and enforce them.

Don't blame parents for what the FDA and big pharma and big Ag did to us. I'm just glad the word is getting out now. I learned about the seed oils 2 years ago, nobody would believe me. They don't just press the seeds to get the oil out, the mix chemicals with them heat them to very high temps, what comes out is then bleached (nobody would eat what looks like used motor oil) so it looks so pure and healthy. 🤮

Sten Ekberg's advice of keto-carnivore and intermittent fasting healed me of what was diagnosed as "end-stage liver disease" due to 20 years of alcoholism. I lost 140 lbs and now have full liver function again. Perfect BMI and bloodwork. Healthier that I was as a teenager now at age 42. The power of autophagy triggered by intermittent fasting. Either the doctors misdiagnosed me, or a miracle was granted. They said you can't recover from 100% cirrhosis. But the fasting caused my body to breakdown the scar tissue so new tissue could grow. To anyone reading this: You can trust Sten Ekberg. His videos are long, but that's because he explains the science.
