Because he overpowered an Zombie Jason Voorhees and defeated him, cut an spear off of an fence with an knife and stabbed Jason multiple times with it, kicked down an door, lifted up an massive rock, survived being drowned, and more. He's definitely faster too. Because he legit dodged and duck some hits by Jason Voorhees and cops, he can literally run to different places too as well. He's also more experience because he's much older and he's been in 3 Movies. I know that Tina has mind powers but that won't really help her against Part 6 Tommy Jarvis that is more experience, stronger, better durability and endurance, smart, faster, and more skilled and better combat. The only thing Tina is better at is stamina, stealth, weapons, hand to hand, hax and abilities. But that's just my opinion.
