Thanks 👍 I have had a few viewers ask me this, so I thought it might help.
According to the manual, once the original blade tension is set and tracking correctly, you should not have to make any changes after a new blade is installed and tracking correctly.
Some minor adjustment may be needed, but only if the new blade does not track right.
I bought an OS18 two months ago when they had a Fathers Day sale with 25% off. I paid $2505 with one 5' track extension, taxes and shipping included.
That would be true if every new blade comes at exactly the same length.

Does this sawmill have an hour meter? I can't remember if you said it did or not. In my old age, I'm forgetting stuff. 😂 It sure would be handy if it did, to keep track of maintenance schedules. Thanks for sharing, Tony! 😎

Hey Tony what are the bandsaw wheels made of?
I checked my OS18 I bought 2 months ago, but have not yet got it in operation. The wheels are cast Iron. I found a few minor casting flaws on the edges of the spokes.
