W5: Airline Complaints (CTV)

A report on the all too common experience of passengers and their efforts to enforce their rights against airlines. (Originally broadcast on February 10, 2024.)
A beautiful piece of investigative journalism, superbly photographed. The narration should have been cleared on two points, though:
* WestJet is not significantly different than Air Canada when it comes to respecting passengers' right. (BBB's data is irrelevant for such complaints.)
* Mr. Garneau and Mr. Streiner were implicated on the "Vouchers vs. Refund" controversy in 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
* The source of the problem is the CTA's lack of enforcement and cozy relationship with the airlines.
