I want to thank God for the opportunity to fully rely on God for my mental health! Luckily I didn’t have to go to a therapist. I went into isolation with the man above and allowed him to mold and reshape me! Once again every one’s comfort level is different! One thing I will say is it is not for weak minded individuals to take the initiative to start a mental wellness/ growth journey alone!
Pastor Keion I am so happy that y’all touched on this subject because it is needed. All my life all I heard was just pray about it and if someone was seeking help people in our community thought that they were crazy. Unfortunately our African communities thought like this and some still tho but it’s time we change that. I’m 39 and unhealed trauma hit me this year. I thought that I’ve been healed through staying busy and focusing on my art but I was wrong. I’m now seeing a therapist, manifesting, exercising more, loving on myself more, forgiving myself and others, did a lot of acceptance and releasing. Out of all of that I’m back closer to God. I love your sermons pastor and can’t wait to visit your church one day. Thank you for all that you do.

I absolutely have to unfortunately agree! People run their mouth too much and run tell that🙄!!!’ it’s just like a original recipe. You give someone the original recipe and all of the sudden 15 people have tweaked it and put their own ingredient in there and now it’s not even original anymore. Sadly enough I have put my entire trust in people who I thought would never stab me in the back and tell my trauma and lo and behold they were the first ones to do it. I think I can speak for a lot of people who feel the same way. It’s the gossip jealousy and lies for me. And I’m not the only one who feels this way I can guarantee it. That’s the hard core sad truth about this world and seeking help To become a better version of yourselves for yourself and to present a new version of your self to others. Once again this is just my experience and my opinion. Unfortunately NOW I trust no one! And as soon as I read that in the Bible. It was a WRAP FOR ME💯🥴😒. I don’t care about anyone judging me! It’s the lies and fabricating stories because of jealousy envy and hating on someone FOR NO REASON.All I can say is, thank God I found Jesus!😂 Thank you for your time! Story times over! All my love to everyone! I DO pray for EVERYBODY EVERYDAY
