This is how we deal with our cats; they're forever 3 years old, but they can climb everywhere, so we have to make sure it's all cat proof.
I’m so glad Sherpa wasn’t hurt. But I have to admit I was laughing thinking of Sherpa saying “Seriously Dad, for fluff sake it’s 2:00 am and I’m trying to sleep.” Jamie sweetie, please don’t walk around barefoot when there’s broken glass on the floor. OH MY GOODNESS JAMIE!!!🤦🏼♀️ PLEASE replace it with a mirror that can be securely attached to the back (inside) of your bathroom door. Especially since Sherpy doesn't sleep in the bathroom. And it will be accessible to your guests should they need a full-length mirror. Finally, be sure sister Sarah and Granny know what happened so they can take similar precautions should they have mirrors leaning against walls in their homes too.🥰🇺🇸

Poor Sherpy. He didn't know that he was kicking the mirror. He could have been hurt. Actually, I would say that the mirror was put in the wrong place. Poor Sherpy doesn't have any fault. The mirror should be fixed to avoid that it falls. Sherpy is like a child he doesn't know the dangers that could happen. Luckily both of you were not hurt. 😘🐕❤❤

Ah, the middle of the night clean-up! Doesn't lend itself to a restful sleep - - unless you're Sherpa, then you're only disturbed when Dad has to hoover around you! Very glad Sherpa was okay and that you didn't get any splinters in your feet. ❤ Sherpa really didn't want you telling on him, though. He insisted that the mirror just leapt off the wall all on its own! 😂

Aw Sherpa, you were so lucky. I took a large picture off my bedroom wall that I bought in Wakefield years ago at an auction house because my rescue pooches dog bed lies underneath it. Being tiny she would've been squished. Still haven't put it back up anywhere else yet and I've had her a year now. Sherpa sleeps really well which was good in this instance❤

Our Alaskan Malamute did that with a glass door, a plate glass window and a screen door. Business as usual! They are wild sleepers!
