This shows why seat belts SHOULD BE WORN.
Amen preach it
Seatbelt didn't save my cousin it's actually why she died wrapped around her neck slowly killed her with her friends trying to get it unwrapped enough for her to breathe the only death as it was a single car drunk driver accident
@@beverlyarcher546sorry for your loss and to hear that. But that's just an unfortunate outcome. More often then not that's not going to happen and you should always wear your seatbelt. Because it's either that or your head gets destroyed through a window or even worse you fly out of your car.
@@roy7670 that was many years ago I never really knew her didn't even was cousins till after her death big family so it's hard to keep up with all of that's
It does indeed show why seatbelts should be worn and I know firsthand how important they are. On two separate occasions While riding with two of my relatives the vehicle we were in collided with another vehicle. Thankfully since I was wearing my seatbelt at the time not only did I survive those incidents but I also was able to walk away without any injuries. Had I not been wearing my seatbelt I might not be here talking to you today as without the seatbelt restraining me I could have easily hit the dashboard or windshield. Even if I had survived I would probably have received severe injuries such as broken bones, brain injuries or even brain damage, a broken back, along with many other severe injuries such as being paralyzed meaning that I would likely have to use a wheelchair either for a long time or more likely for the rest of my life. Seat belts really do save lives so even if you are going around the block you should still wear it.
This show does not hold back on accident aftermath
It’s a good warning to be vigilant and careful on the road. Also to wear your seatbelts.
@@0Demonheart Yeah the seatbelt part is definitely important
2:20 weird question, do you think they sometimes hire extras with missing limbs to make scenes like this easier?
Honestly, that’s a pretty good question. That is probably a maybe
I think they do actually. I know amputees are used for accident training for emergency services and the military. So I don't see why media wouldn't.
@@soviettoaster_9323 The answer is yes they do. Specifically for scenes that show someone getting an extra bend in a limb.
I’m sorry I had a straight face watching this video up until the point where Dawson said lift it when they were putting the girls leg in a brace. The only reason it made me laugh is because that’s the command that I taught my horse to respond to to lift her leg when I’m cleaning out her clothes or when the Ferrier is doing her feet I usually just gently tug on the for behind her heel as a Q enough to just let her know that I’m doing it but not enough to hurt her and then I tell her lift it and she lives her foot right away. It just reminded me of that and made me cackle out laughing because usually I hear people say like lift it up or something like that the fact that Dawson just said lift it made me
This shows why seat belts SHOULD BE WORN. Chritina Whitter
Interesting and cool vid. Why would they call this PD TV when it was probably from Chicago Fire? I know that Chicago P.D. And Chicago Fire had crossover episodes.
The uploader is likely putting up all sorts of first responder-type videos. PD TV is just a name. It's not a law. It will all be ok.
Always wear seat belts when you get in your cars at all costs.
What really freaked me out was the leg it being broken that way now that really frighten me and hearing the bone crinkling like that 😱😱😱😱
I've never seen this episode. Damn.
He said my name!!!❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍🥰
that womans leg turned into a q ASDFGH
It is just a TV show but wear your seatbelt please
Seatbelts can also be the cause of death thats what to my cousin wrapped around her neck everyone would have survived the wreck if not for that 😢
@@beverlyarcher546 it is still safer to wear a seatbelt thanto literally get thrown out the front window. unfortunately, seatbelts are generally made for taller people than your cousin probably was and that can cause injuries during a car crash - which is why you can buy special clips that shorten the lenght so the seatbelt rests proberly (across your chest not cutting into your neck).
@@beverlyarcher546Please accept my deepest condolences 😢
The bike accident didn't look real because of the leg
Does anyone know what season number and episode number this is? And does anyone know if this is like specifically Chicago PD or Chicago fire?
The complete lack of the required PPE in this scene has already ruined this show for me.
Maybe you can go hang out at actual accidents so they are more realistic than the fictional entertainment here.
Are you ok or something
My very absolutely favorite show Chicago fire Kelly Severide and Matt Casey and Herrmann and Otis and Joe marsoto
This is one of the most horrible car accidents I’ve seen but thankfully it’s just a move and I just want to say today it is 9/11 where 343 FD.NY firefighters died saving lives we will NEVER FORGET
Sorry I didn’t realize I misspelled I meant to say “Movie” not “move”
@@APT_71 its a show not movie

FYI. Can't roll a dashboard with a hydraulic ram without some relief cuts and a stabilizing device like cribbing under the car.
The head thing I think is unrealistic
Not unrealistic just extremely rare
@@douglaswatkins3519 Its the fact that he has no bruising or blood on his head where he would have impacted. He only had cuts around his cheeks and neck when in reality he would have this massive welt on hid forehead with blood falling down his face. Guy would have had a skull fracture and a concussion.
@@douglaswatkins3519You're right, it's extremely rare but extremely possible to land just right and not have anything worse than a couple of cuts
yeah, but the scene was able to show us so many cool gadgets and gizmos they use to extract ppl from these situations
You’ve never been a high collision car accident before
If you are not wearing your seatbelt and going at a high enough speed it is totally possible to get stuck in the windshield or be shot out completely
I have known someone who died from being ejected from the car
WHAT IN THE HEAVENS HAPPENED?!?!? 😱😱 I know it's a crash, but WHAT CAUSED IT?!?!
Anything could've caused it. Maybe they tried to beat a red light, maybe one of them stopped too quickly, who knows?
@@maninblue88 guy with his head in the window definitely stopped too quickly, question is why.
Possibly that bicyclist pulled out in front of them or the car
@@beverlyarcher546 you know, I wouldn't be surprised
@@beverlyarcher546 *that* wouldn't surprise me, I work a job where I'm on the road for 8 hours for five days a week, I've lost count just in the month I've been working this job of just how many times idiots on bicycles do NOT obey traffic laws and go through intersections when it isn't their turn.
