What about wearing a compression sock? My groin lump appeared after wearing the sock once. I had an ultrasound. The tech didn't seem alarmed. So I should do the illiac exercise? Thanks.
@@eddyvideostar The videos on my channel are designed to help get students up and moving while studying, thereby helping to promote physical wellness. Depending on how the viewer's brain works, the movement may also serve as a helpful memory tools. We all know there are different types of learners... some are auditory, some are visual, and some are kinesthetic (which is often ignored in the university setting). And lastly, while the exercises in this video were not specifically selected to promote lymphatic drainage of the pelvis, any exercise should help to increase lymphatic drainage and regular exercise should help to boost the immune system.
Thanks for the comment I'd like to reiterate though that this video is solely designed to help remember the lymphatic drainage of the pelvic organs, it is NOT designed to treat anything.

Thanks a ton!!! 💖🥺
And... thank you for your support!
So if nodes were disrupted through surgery or cancer, and then is healed - is it unheard of for nodes to start draining properly again?
are the exercises supposed to help with lymphatic drainage?
No, they just provide a unique way to study and help increase physical activity
@@KnockoutAnatomy Then, what is the purpose of this physical activity if there is no help with drainage?

I have swollen superficial inguinal lymph nodes and now I'm worried I may have cancer
Well my intent was definitely not to scare you, however it might be something worth having checked out. Good luck.
Made easy/Thanks
Love this lol
Thanks, I'm really glad you like it!
The groin inflammation could be due to inguinal or a drop-down hernia. Then what? The jumping around with incorrect diagnosis will not help.
