Now he is along (technical, since XChara don't really talk with him often) in a white empty space, all his friends and family was gone, and he knew it was his fault. Now, he have to leave everything behind. Imagine how hard it is for him. So, it makes since how all the themes except the starting ones sounds depressed. I can't really describe why exactly the music is matching, but I just know it is. Well, good job Nyx!
I just realized, that by the middle of the song the visuals transition from Cross and Chara and the ripped drawings behind them but by 1:58 it transitions to past where the drawings weren’t ripped and Ink was still with Cross, it probably just means how Cross felt after Ink told him that he can’t resurrect the dead. I know probably most of people did get the thing but I just wanted to remark it

Cross has been through a lot, I think this music make sense for the ending. He's now at a blank space until Ink shows up. After a few days or something Cross began to stop talking to Ink. The music is so calm and it hits hard also, very emotional. It's like Fragmented Truce added with some spice of Electric and Xtale Favors.

I was alseep at the time so I missed the premiere. I mean sure, it was upbeat but, why? Okay the music is so strangely positive it makes me feel uneasy. Again this is the ending song, what happens at the end? There are still glimpses of sadness shining through. But it's in more of a positvie way. Okay the pictures on the screen though, AHHHH I'M CRYING. The first half shows Cross and X!Chara standing there. With ripped drawings of when he used to draw with Ink. He may have gotten frustrated and tried to erase those memories or he hated Ink for what he had done. But that must have been a while ago so when Ink told him he couldn't revive the dead... yeah Cross turned to those drawing and just... The second half which a lot of people didn't really acknowledge was, sad. It shows Ink, Cross and X!Chara sitting with each other. And the drawings weren't ripped anymore. And what I mean by sad is that, why show it in the second half? Why not the first half? Someone (either Cross or Ink) is looking back at those memories and regrets what they have become what they are now. I personally think that Cross is the one thinking about this because Ink is a selfish person who only does things for the benefit of himself. No Ink is not evil, no Ink is not good. He is Chaotic NEUTRAL okay? And that's canon information. Also the name of the music though, 'Closure'. I don't know what to say other than, 'What does that mean?' Really good song and for all expecting it to be sad, closure is a neutral term an end to a mean. While normally portrayed in a negative light. Closure can also be used to end a once distasteful state into a newer state. As you've noticed by now it's is used in it's satisfactory meaning, which is and i quote: "The feeling or an act of bringing something bad to an end". A fitting title for all the crazy stuff cross and chara had to deal with.
Who didnt noticed, the guitar in the music have a big symbolism. The guitar symbolism is that no matter how life is hard, everything will get better in the ending as much on the emotional side as on the professional side, you will finally have results you never expected.
Just magnificent how the series has evolved. So much hard work. You're a exemple for so many artist. Thanks you so much to prove that dreams can be true if we work on that every day. ^^

something about this song is just perfection. it captures the tragic story of frisk and chara and how they never got the happy ending they fought so hard for, all of it to be taken away by someone neither of them could have expected. and it sets the tone for underverse and how the tragedies didnt end for them in xtale. it feels bittersweet but also sad. this has always been one of my fav songs from nyx and fav undertale related music rlly. amazing work
