hi! ~ i've been practicing this choreography for a few months. it's not as difficult as it looks. it feels harder than it really is because of the quick transitions in the movements, but believe me, as you train, it will seem easier and easier. don't be afraid to risk trying if you want to learn. if you want a hint, first start with playing the video at 0.25x or 0.5x and choose just one of the members to follow the steps (it gets easier this way). when you get the hang of it, you can try the other members if you want. well that was it, my experience with this choreography was pretty cool. it's really fun to learn, and it's not hard, just tiring (so make sure you're well rested and breathing before you start practicing haha) xoxo, darling!

now i get why they say it's one of the hardest choreos, i danced this one after no rules and that's enough cardio for a month lol
