Especially frequently, so it should help with the soarness and pain. I haven't learned it yet but I am watching it. This us such a bad explanation and stuff lol. There ain't no way you guys learned it in 5 minutes. That would literally be only 1 and a half time watching the video. Unless your a genius and can remember everything and have amazing muscle memory that's just not possible.

You could also base it off of who's in the front more 2. I haven't watched the video enough to determine it but that's normally how you can tell who's in the choreographers eyes is the best. Normally a lot of kpop songs or at least some have equal lines so it isn't easy to tell. If that's what your talking about. Man if this wasn't I just wasted like 5 minutes writing this when I could've spent it watching the video lol.
it means the video is flipped so you can follow along with the moves as they are shown! for example, if soobin stretches out his right hand, you would also stretch out your right hand the regular dance practices are not mirrored, so if you were to follow that video you would have to use all the opposite arms and legs as they do! so with the example above, if soobin were to stretch out his right hand, you would stretch out your left hand since it isn't mirrored think of it like you are watching from the audience, when they are facing you performing the song, their left would be your right! if they were to lean to the left during the choreography, from the audience perspective, they would be learning to your right! so the point of the mirrored practices is to show the direction of the moves they are actually doing rather than what you see from the audience! i hope this makes sense!
