I'm a professional Portrait Photographer in the UK and I've had Denoise 5 for a while. I've just installed my free upgrade to version 6 and tested it out. It's an amazing piece of software and an absolute bargain at the price.

Looks like a very powerful product. I'll have to consider adding this to my Topaz lineup.

Excellent product, I've been using DeNoise since the first edition i think. The program is outstanding.

It would be nice if the program could analyze the noise and automate this process so it is not so time consuming.

Topaz' DeNoise - indeed all of this vendor's plugins - are of high quality and very useful. I would very much like to see Topaz Labs follow Dfx Tiffen's lead, and produce two sets of plugins: one for Adobe Photoshop and one for After Effects. Only then could editors and artists move between these host applications and correct images with equal ease.

+Peter Solomon Thanks for the comment.
If you export your timeline as an image sequence, you can use the new batch processing feature to process those images in DeNoise, then import the processed image back into After Effects, Premiere, etc. as individual frames.
Our focus hasn't been video except for the first few years we were in business, although it is a market we're looking into exploring again :)

+Topaz Labs That is interesting. There are filters in your collection which are quite unique and would be interesting to apply to an image sequence in Photoshop. I imagine the render time would be quite long, especially when working in 16 bit.
How exciting! Have Topaz Labs prepared a video tutorial on batch processing an image sequence with your filters applied?

Peter, it does tend to take a bit of time but in general video frame images are much smaller than photos. We have a video that goes over the Batch Processing in DeNoise here:

      Hope this helps

+Joe Ciccone Joe, This isn't an advertisement for DeNoise it's a walk-through of the changes for the latest version of the product, you can see many before and after checks as she goes through the process. However, if you'd like to see more before and afters you can always check out the DeNoise page here: www.topazlabs.com/denoise

Hmm... Don't you think you should try it out before claiming something to be hype?

Will you please remove this infuriating song from this tutorial. Whoever thought putting a vocal song as a background to an educational tutorial was a good idea was very much mistaken. It competes to the point where it overpowers the instruction.
