I believe the retirement crisis will get even worse. Many struggle to save due to low wages, rising prices, and exorbitant rents. With homeownership becoming unattainable for middle-class Americans, they may not have a home to rely on for retirement either.
Got it! Buying stocks during a recession when prices are down could be a good move. You might get them at a lower price and sell later when they go up. Just do your homework and be aware of the risks before diving in!

the first time I sent them money they spent it all of it then later denied it.
really when you have people you can rely on, it is a huge blessing.
I build without family too it's easy, I flew and gather work men. Then made connections with the Supplier and hardwares, create account and when time comes to deliver we pay directly to hardware, them pay the delivery guy after we get pictures that the material was delivered where we said it should. We know the place because we don't stay away we visit and familiarize ourselves with the people and the area.

im sold all in to the african art theme. always wanted it never thought of it as you have done. i think we are also missing the point somewhere... open plan is a very much african cultrue if you come to think. kune vakambogara kumusha everything happens in the central traditional kitchen. I guess its simply a transfer from that aspect that we are rediscovering after travelling

This house is the best thing I have seen coming out of Africa when it comes to construction. Wide windows, reasonable interior spaces, good workmanship, even green spaces. This top all the garbage we see these young people all over Africa building in these days. Glad I did not have to see anymore corner to corner cemented yards, tiny windows, and terrible workmanship.
So true the corner to corner cemented yards like offices, paved all the way it just gets rid of all the beautiful nature

We are just referring to some of the horrors we see on youtube daily out of Africa where they show these insanely beautiful houses with small windows, and zero green spaces. Next time we will just paint a picture to get our point across.

Even though not shown in the video, the property has incredible security. Cameras surrounding the whole property, electric fence with backup batteries including multiple solar systems and just for a bonus; tasers and on call armed security less than 60s away from the property. So pretty secure.
